Clifford Wun was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to the USA when he was 2 years old. He received a BFA in Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design and a MFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art’s Hoffberger School of Painting.

He has worked as an Illustrator, Art director, Set Designer and Fabricator. He did a short stint as a bartender at Studio 54 as a way to earn money as he pursued his dream of being an artist. His work in painting, photography, and printmaking has been shown nationally and internationally and is in many private collections.

He is currently an Associate Professor in the College of Art and Design at the Rochester Institute of Technology where he teaches Graduate Painting.
